Troubleshooting Lippert Stabilizer Jack Not Lifting in Auto Level Mode

Question:
Ive got a 2018 Cougar X lite mls33, the LF C-style jack will not rise the rv when in Auto level mode. the LF jack seems to just spin inside housing. Do you have a video showing how to disassemble unit.

The Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC298707 has a threaded rod that runs from one side to the other. It sounds like there is an issue with the leg either showing a little resistance so it only moves one leg to try and level to that other jack leg. We have the support for the leg, and the foot, motor and switches as replacement parts but the components that you describe not functioning we do not have replacements for so there is not a repair video available. This style jack is not intended to lift the travel trailer but rather to simply stabilize it.
With the function issue you are stating It is likely time to have it repaired at a Lippert authorized dealer or replaced.
