Does this set up allow for the Rhino rack feet covers to be installed, like this RRRLT600H?

The Rhino-Rack Quick Mount Legs # RRRLT600H are the same legs that come with the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers # RRVA165B-RRRLT600. So if you wanted to add a 3rd crossbar you could use those legs and another 65" Black Vortex Crossbar # RRVA165B.
The "fit kit" part of the legs all come with covers no matter which leg kit you get.
