Is the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack a Good Cost-Effective Option for a 2020 Honda Pilot

Question:

Is this a decent rack Rhino Rack ROC25 compared to the other Rhino racks or even the thule racks. Im trying to be cost focused and cant see spending over $500 for Thule. Does the Rhino rack ROC25 allow me to open the sun roof on the Pilot? Any and all insight into this rack would be appreciated. Main use for the rack will be carrying a kayak using a Thule Hull a Port kayak rack. Thanks,

The Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs # RR73XR is a really great option for your 2020 Honda Pilot especially since you're wanting to stay cost-effective.

The Thule systems are a little more sleek and easier to use/install generally, but Rhino-Rack is a good, middle-of-the-road system where you aren't sacrificing quality - just some little added features here and there that put Thule just a step above.

The ROC25 will sit about 4" above your roof which should be plenty of room for your sunroof to open up but it never hurts to double check this on your end, plus pretty much every manufacturer recommends not to open up the sunroof with their system installed just to avoid hitting the sunroof on any accessories or increasing wind noise and drag.
