Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Suspension Deflection

Question:

If the A4RS440 is fully loaded at 400 lbs what is the deflection? Is the spindle height still 2 1/2”? I’m building a trailer I expect when fully loaded to be about 500 lbs. It seems like your 1200 axle option is oversized for my trailer. Please advise.

The deflection of the Timbren Axleless part # A4RS440 that you referenced is 1 inch. I attached a picture from Timbren that shows the deflection as well as another picture with more dimensions too.
