I have a solution for you. The Replacement Base Assembly for Thule Xporter Pro Ladder Rack # TH7521367001 is for the right front or left rear assembly and # TH7521368001 is for left front or right rear. These are direct replacements for your Thule Xsporter Ladder Rack # TH500XT.
They do not come with the clamps # 8523159001 to secure it to your bed so you will need to hold on to them.
