The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13902 is a multi-fit, universal hitch which means there isn't a list of vehicles it does fit, and there are much better options for a custom-fit hitch for your 2017 Ford Transit T350.
So long as your T350 is the passenger van or cargo van version (and NOT the cutaway or cab and chassis model) I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98842.
