Question:
i have a 2009 dodge ram 1500 crew cab and i need to extend so the trailer will not hit the cab. i have a 2013 hearthland sundance fifth wheel with a lippert1621 pin box. what do you recommend to solve this problem.

If you are needing more clearance between the rear of the cab and the front of your fifth wheel, you would need a Sidewinder.
The Sidewinder model compatible with the Lippert 1621 pin box is the Sidewinder is part # RP34FR.
