On one end of your Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 the main tube will have an opening (opposite end from where your motor is at). To operate the manual override you'll need the Lippert Manual Hand Crank # LC119226.
If your electric jacks aren't working then try checking your wiring and grounds to make sure everything is in good working order and that the grounds are connected to a clean, bare-metal surface. If all that looks good then you'll also want to check your power supply to make sure it doesn't need to be recharged.
