I have a fifth wheel hitch but need the rails and installation kit. I’m not sure what the brand is. I don’t see a name anywhere. It just says pro series 15000. Can you tell by that the brand?

We do have the 5th wheel base rails and installation kit that work with a Pro Series hitch, which mounts to industry standard above-bed rails. The install kit and rails are specific to your truck, and you didn't mention if your 2012 Dodge Ram was a 1500, 2500, or 3500 so I'll give you options for all of them.
There are two types of installation kit, a custom kit and semi-custom. The custom kit is recommended because it does not require any drilling into your frame rails to install. This is not only great for your truck but also means the installation is going to be simpler and take much less time, but they are at a higher price point.
