Question:
Regarding the 3 hitches that fit my 2019 Mazda CX-5 GTR, the Drawtite hitch appears to have a different attachment flange than the Curt or etrailer products. Why is this?

The difference between the mounting points on the Draw-Tite # 76138 and the Curt # C13315 and etrailer # e98902 hitches is simply that's just how the manufacturers decided to design the brackets. They all fit the different variants in models (aside from Diesel which you'd need part # SH47GR), and so it really just boils down to those are the places where the companies decided to attached their trailer hitch to.
Out of all of the available options I really like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98902 and that's not because it has our branding on it. I like this hitch because it has the same hidden crosstube as the other hitches, plus it's the only option available with a matte black finish. The matte black finish does a much better job at hiding any scratches from road debris than the glossy black finish that the other hitches have to offer.
Attached are installation videos of all of these hitches on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 like what you have.
