Dimensions of Mounting Brackets for Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier

Question:

What is the width and depth of 2 mounting bars and what is the distance between the center holes of the mounting plate for the Fulton High Mount Tire Carrier. FSTC1000301? Trailer builder needs these dimensions to cut rectangular holes in a plate covering the top of my trailer A-frame. Thanks!

The outer measurements for the inner brackets on the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 are 1-5/16" and 5/16" while the on-center bolt holes for the plate are 3" apart on center. I have attached a photo showing these dimensions for you to check out.
