The only trailer hitch options for a 2006 Lexus GX 470 are those that include a cross tube, they don't offer any that simply bolt to the center of the bumper. The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75155 has the highest weight capacity and it comes with a partial trailer connector mounting bracket so this is what I recommend. It only weighs about 30 lbs.

I am not going to get oen that big. I have a guy who will make me a receiver, that bolts into bolt pattern, that is on my car already. Much smaller footprint. Only need Class 1 too, not Class 3. I will share when it is done.
