Yes, the Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box # Y07337 is compatible with the OEM crossbars on your 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I confirmed this with Yakima directly.

Please note that you want at least 57" of distance from the center of the front crossbar to the line where the roof and the hatch meet so that you know you can open your hatch without it contacting this box. From what I could tell it looks like you'll have enough clearance but I don't have a way to take this measurement on my end. If you have less than 57" let me know what you find and I can help you find the appropriate cargo box.
