The Reese universal fifth wheel rail kit part # RP30035 is what you are wanting. It fits nearly all trucks out there and is designed to fit the standard fifth wheel rail hitches which are by far the most common out there. These hitches fit the standard above bed rails like this that are 22 inches apart like the part # RP30047.
