your product SR1005 for a 2000 Camry has two horizonal bars. But wouldnt you need an additional two vertical bars to hold the two kayak holders? If so what would that product number be.

In order to carry 2 kayaks on the roof of your 2000 Toyota Camry, if the combined width of the kayaks is less than 45-1/2 inches, you could simply mount the kayaks side by side on the # SR1005 rack by using 2 of the pad/strap kits like part
# RRRWP03. You'd want to load up the kayaks so that the flatter side of the kayaks rests on the crossbars. I'd also recommend using 2 of the # MPG306 bow/stern tie down kits.
If the combined width of the kayaks is greater than the 45-1/2 inch crossbar length of the SportRack # SR1005, you could use two of the etrailer brand J-style carriers, part # e98878
