For your 2020 Ford Explorer, you'll want to use # C55384 which would plug into the US Car connector under the rear of the vehicle. If the vehicle isn't equipped with factory tow package that includes the US Car connector, you'd need to use the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, part # 118599.
