The Rear View Safety Mirror Monitor for Dodge ProMaster Vans 2010 and Newer # RVS-619N-D is designed to replace the OEM mirror on your 2020 Ram ProMaster. So you will remove the existing mirror and then either use the OEM mount or use the mount that comes with this mirror monitor to install the monitor just like you would a typical mirror.
Please note that the part you mentioned is the monitor only. If you wanted the camera with it then you need the kit # RVS-770619N-D.
