Im looking for a 7 way connector for my QX60, but my vehicle doesnt have the factory tow package. Does this mean this part wont fit?

The Tekonsha # 118273 is the correct wiring harness. All models of the 2016 Infiniti QX60 will have the connectors located behind the center of the back bumper as shown in the provided photo.
If your trailer has elelctric brakes, you'll need a brake controller to actuate them. I'd highly recommend the Brake EVN, part # TK63VR. You'll also need the # 3050-P wiring harness that will allow you to plug the controller into the under-dash connector, located above the emergency brake pedal. The harness feeding the connector will have a white tag on it, that reads 'Elec Brake Conn', as shown in the photo.
