Correct Trailer Hitch for 1977 Chevy C10 with Heavy Duty Suspension

Question:
Hi, I think Item # 75034, Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver, is perfect for my truck: 1977 Chevrolet C10, Step Bumper not deep, 8 foot bed, heavy duty rear springs 56 inch. But on Draw-Tites own website it says these wont work with heavy duty suspensions. The C10 back then could have 52 or 56 inch rear springs. Can you please confirm if the Draw-Tite or similar Curt model will work with the HD springs, 56 inch? Thanks!

I checked with Draw-Tite and although the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75034 is not listed for models with the heavy duty suspension, the Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41947 is so this is what I recommend.
I also checked with Curt but there was no mention of fit on models with the heavy duty suspension.
