Question:

Can you tell me if you sell a single replacement Thule 9 load strap for kayak? Also- last year you had the canvas replacement covers for the hullaport pads- I dont need the whole pad assembly-just new covers for two sets of hullaport835XT But I cannot seem to find them on the website. Thank you in advance!!

It sounds like you are looking for replacement parts for a Thule Hull-A-Port Kayak Carrier. If that is the case then we do have options for you but in regards to the load straps and pads/covers, we don't have the ability to separate these as this is how they are offered by the manufacturer. If you need a new load strap you'll have to purchase two, the Thule Load Strap Cinch Straps part # TH521. If you need new covers you'll have to purchase the pads as well, the Replacement 6" Pad part # 853-5540 and Replacement Top Tube Pad part # 8537418.

Please note, the Thule part number you provides comes back as a bike rack.
