Roof Rack Recommendation for a 2020 Kia Telluride with Factory Rails

Question:

Is there a Thule foot package and fit kit that will accommodate my old square Thule style cross bars? I have 3 sets of different widths, also, with kayak, canoe, load stops, etc. I know I at least have to purchase a foot kit and fit kit...hoping not to be locked into the narrow aero bars or ...? Also... Is there a alternate brand that you offer that will let me use my Thule style accessories?

When Thule discontinued the old square bars, they unfortunately stopped manufacturing the compatible roof rack feet, so there won't be a Thule fit kit that would be compatible with the vehicle and your Telluride.

At present, Yakima is the only manufacturer offering a roof rack fit for the 2020 Kia Telluride. The kit you'll need will depend on whether your vehicle has the side rails that run along the edge of the roof, front to back.

For the raised side rails, you can assemble a rack using the JetStream 50 inch crossbars, part # Y00425, the SightLine Towers, part # Y64AR and the # Y34UR fit kit.

If you have a bare roof, you'd use the 60 inch JetStream Crossbars # Y00426, the # Y28TR roof rack feet and the # Y06125 and # Y06165 clamp kits.

The Yakima JetStream crossbars are 3-1/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall, if your existing accessories will accommodate a crossbar of that size, they'll work just fine with these crossbars.
