Question:
What is the width of this Goose Box where it attaches to the trailer? I have a 2020 Keystone Cougar 1/2 ton and there is only 12 inches between where this would mount.

The width of the Reese Goose Box, # RP85FR, is 12 inches. This is the standard with for over 90 percent of the pin boxes out there on the road, the bigger fit concern is going to be the bolt pattern.
Pin boxes and the Goose Box are designed to replace specific pin boxes. This Goose Box is designed to fit replace the Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD and the Fabex PB-600 Series pin boxes. If you don't have one of these pin boxes, please let me know what you have and I'll be happy to give you your options. Your pin box should have a tag or label on it that gives the manufacturer and model number information.
