The trailer wiring harness I recommend for 2013 Audi Q7 is the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT which installs without splicing into existing wire, it also includes a circuit tester. The reason you must use this harness is because the Audi Q7 has a pulse width modulation feature that not all harnesses can decipher.

The Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector part # 119147 won't work.
