Recommended Back Up Alarms for Fleet of 1999-2012 Ford E350 Vans and F350 Pickups

We have a fleet of Ford E350 vans and Ford F350 pickups with an age range from 1999 to 2012, what bulb will we need for these vehicles, 1156, 3156 or something else? Thanks.

According to Hopkins, the # HM20101VA Backup Alert Replacement 3156 Bulb will work with 1999-2011 Ford Vans.
The same bulb will work for a 1999-2009 Ford F350.
For the 2012 E350 Van and the 2010-2012 F350, I would recommend the Surface Mount Back-Up Alarm, part # BK97DB. This item can be mounted behind the rear bumper of a vehicle, with one terminal connected to the reverse lamp circuit and the other grounded to the vehicle frame. If you wanted one item that would work for your entire fleet, the BKUP-97 might be the way to go.
