Question:
can you tell me the torque for the bolts
asked by: Brian B
Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 65069 which is a fit for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with standard front bumper installs using a total of six bolts, four 1/2"-13 x 1-1/4" which will be torqued to 50 ft. lbs and two 1/2"-13 x 1-1/2" which will be torqued to 75 ft. lbs. That said, torque specifications can change so it is always best to check the most up to date copy of the installation instructions which are attached for you.
If you don't have a torque wrench, you can order the Torque Wrench part # PTW3001C along with the trailer hitch so you will be ready to go once it arrives.
