I reached out to my contact at Fulton who said he wasn't able to find a specific rating for the hook part of the Safety Chain with Clevis Hook # FCHA0050324, but he said that they do make sure that the hook meets or exceeds the grade of the chains links so since the chain links are a grade 70 you can be confident that the hook will be just as strong, if not stronger.
