Question:
Hi there, this is exactly what Im looking for, but it doesnt appear these are truly waterproof. The plan is to have them mounted to the backside of my pontoon deck. I doubt they will ever be submerged, but certainly need to not burn out if contacted with water. Also-I do not see a fuse included? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

The LED Light Strip Kit with Wireless IR Remote part # DG52694 that you referenced is weather proof meaning it will do a great job of keeping the splashes out but I would not submerge it. The LED's I wouldn't be concerned about. This has been designed to mount the lights where you want them under the boat in your case and the power source in a more secure location like an under seat storage area to keep the power supply dry.
This is designed to plug into a standard household outlet so if you do not have an inverter on board use the Go Power Heavy-Duty Modified Sine Wave Inverter part # 34280174 this can easily be attached directly to your battery or even plugged into to your 12 volt accessory outlet.
