Yes, the Curt R20 Round Tube Slider # C16550 will fit with the A16 Head Unit # C16520 so give you a sliding 5th wheel hitch that fits industry standard base rails.

Please note that even though the R20 is rated for 20K, since the A16 is only rated for 16K that is your limiting factor for the hitch. You also need to check the towing capacity for your truck and be sure to not exceed that either.
