Hello Im seeking to purchase the tow bar kit for a Thule Chariot Cougar 1. Is this the appropriate parts necessary to secure and tow?

As long as your Thule Chariot Cougar 1 was made after 2005 the kit you need to tow it behind your bike would be the Bike Trailer Conversion Kit for Thule Child Carrier # TH20100506. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
