In order to use the Curt A20 5th Wheel Hitch with R20 Slider part # C16541 on a 2019 Ford F-350 with Factory Prep Package you will need the Curt 5th Wheel Round Tube Slider part # C16020. This new base will replace your old base and fit directly into the puck system

What about the Reese adapter will that work for my unit? Doesn't make sense that I have to buy the slider tubes again when they are still on my unit.

The Reese Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter for Standard 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # RP30156 will work for what you need as well. That said, it's an extra adapter that you have to mess with each time and it adds more weight, movement, and noise to your setup. The above option is much more seamless but if you are simply looking to save some cash then this adapter will work for you just fine.
