Im looking for just the weld on bracket for this jack. Can I purchase the bracket itself?

The weld-on bracket for the Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack # PS1401030303 should have holes for the 1/2" pull pin located 3" apart on center, and then uses a 2-1/2" snap-ring diameter. A replacement bracket that matches this description is the Replacement Mounting Bracket # TJB-MB. This bracket was designed for Ram and etrailer jacks, but the specs match what you have so it will work for your application.
