I just bought 118175kit along with the trailer hitch for a 2004 Dodge Stratus 4 Door. I want to know if this is the correct harness for this vehicle?

Yes the # 119178KIT is the correct wiring for your 2004 Dodge Stratus. You will have to hard wire into the vehicles taillights and run a wire to the battery with an inline fuse. I have provided a video to help you with installation and a link to our wiring page below.
