If you have the older Thule square crossbars then yes, the Replacement Foot for Thule Crossroad Roof Mounted Railing Foot Pack # 753-3399 will fit your 2016 Ford Expedition, but you'll also want to get the Replacement Handle Assembly # 753-20064 to complete each foot.
If you don't have any crossbars at all then I recommend using the Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401 which can be paired with their newer SquareBars # TH712200 or the WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520 for more of an aerodynamic roof rack.
No matter which foot pack you go with, don't forget to pick up some lock cores # TH450400 so you can lock your roof rack to your Expedition!
