Item # OBP250-672W-CBB it draws 46 amps. what harness/relay setup and fuse would i use to install this item?

The correct wiring harness for the 50" Luma LED Off-Road Light Bar # OBP250-672W-CBB is part OH-HSATP but is unfortunately no longer available. Since this is the case I recommend looking into a different light bar.
The closest option is going to be the Aries 50" Double-Row LED Light Bar # AA1501278 which comes with a complete wiring kit but is rated for 24K Lumens as opposed to the 39,030 Lumens for the Luma LED option you were looking at.
