is there a hitch available for the 2020 VW passat SE R-line all I see is wolfburgs I am just using for a bike rack that I already have

Yes, there is a hitch for the SE R-Line model of the 2020 Volkswagen Passat SE R-line with part # 24880. The hitch is a 1-1/4" Class I receiver so you do want to make sure your bike rack is compatible. There is a tab in the hitch receiver that only allows Class I accessories. It is a concealed cross tube design to the only portion of the hitch that is visible is the receiver tube. I have added an installation video for your reference.
