I have a Pioneer Platform tray solution we can offer for your 2013 Toyota Highlander that has a naked roof but there isn't a version of this that fits directly so you'd need to first install a roof rack like the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA137B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK138. Once that's installed you could then install the platform # RR42115BF and you'd be set. This tray measures 58 by 47 inches.

If i have roof rails and crossbars on my 2013 toyota highlander whats the biggest roof platfrom can i put on with side rails?

The largest Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform that can fit the crossbars would be the one I mentioned # RR42115BF that measures 58 by 47 inches.
