Is there a trailer hitch receiver that is 2 inches that will fit my 2020 Audi A4? No towing lol, just want to use a bike rack.

Since you are not towing there is an option for a hitch with a 2 inch receiver that fits your 2020 Audi A4, the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391AUDA417.
This comes with a 2" receiver that you can only use for accessories like a bike rack, and is totally removable so when you aren't using your bike rack it is like you don't have hitch on your Audi at all. You can even get a case to protect the receiver when you remove it, the Carrying Case for Stealth Hitches Receiver Attachment # 391CASER.
