What type of controller do I need for a 3013 Winnebago Aspect 28T? The controller connector is located just to the left of steering column

You'd need a standard trailer brake controller installed in your Winnebago to activate the brakes of it when towing. The best option is the P3 part # 90195 as it's very reliable, easy to use, and proportional with an inertia sensor to judge how hard to apply the dolly brakes.
The install harness you'd need then is the part # 3034-P.
