I am looking to get a bike rack for my 2015 Honda CRV and going through the options. I found this and would like to know more. I need a rack to carry 2 bikes and not damage my car. I am concerned that if i go a long distance 6 hours will it hold up? Do you have examples for the CRV, I found many great ratings but did not see the CRV. I do not have a trailer hitch and this seems like a great option. Look forward to hearing from you

The Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3 Bike Rack for Vehicles w/ Spoilers part # HRF2-3 is a good option to carry the bikes without damaging the vehicle. Hollywood racks are quality racks so I do not see you having an issue going a long distance. What I am concerned about is the usability and inconvenience factor of taking a long trip with a trunk mount bike rack. The trunk mount racks limit access to your cargo area, so every time you need something from the back of the vehicle you will need to remove the rack to avoid damage to the hatch.
The best option is to add Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75742 to the 2015 Honda CR-V and hitch mounted rack like the Yakima RidgeBack 2 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # Y02457. The installation of the hitch does not require drilling into the frame so the installation is pretty straight forward.
