Question:
what is the torque on dexstar wheels mounted on a 16 foot trailer with duel wheels just bought this trailer all new and cannot get a straight answer thanks has 5 1/2 inch lugs

For a 1/2 inch lug nut, you will want to torque each nut down to 75 to 85 foot pounds. It does matter if it is a single wheel or dually wheel. You will want to avoid using an impact wrench or any other tool that cannot provide measured force. Use a torque wrench for accurate results.
