Will this faucet mount in a 1.34” hole?

The inlet of the Phoenix Faucet # PF231361 fits a standard 1-5/16 inch hole which directly converts to 1.3125 inches so I'm guessing it'll fit your 1.34 inch measurement but I really can't say with certainty.
RV faucets fit the same fittings as you use in a home so they're quite standard.
