Is there a Floor for the tent that can be bought separately that zips or fastens in somehow?

Oddly enough there isn't a floor option for the Medium QuickFit Tent for Thule HideAway Awnings # TH307056 you referenced. Its actually more like a "living room" setup that the RV world has than a tent in that regard.
For a floor you could use a 10 by 10 tarp like the part # EM57032.
