How Tight do you tighten the Bolts that Connect the Turret to the Pin Box on the Sidewinder?

Question:
How tight should the three bolts on the turret be? I’m having trouble unlocking if not perfectly straight

The bolts that hold the turret to the Pinbox on the Reese Sidewinder part # ST400-SW19K should be set according to the instructions initially to 150 ft/lb using a crossing pattern 2-3 times then backed off and tightened down to 45 ft/lb. At that point it is set per the factory instructions. These are linked below if you need to check them out.
