Question:
Please confirm the part will fit my 2004 Honda Pilot. The info on the part ad indicates it is not confirmed to fit, and the part is original factory equipment.

The # 118265 that you referenced fits newer versions of the Honda Pilot than your 2004 model so it would not work for you. Instead you'd need the part # 118336 which is a fit for your Pilot and gives you a 4-way. To then convert it to a 7-way you'd just need the # 37185 and you'd be set.
