Question:

Is the 41940 a bolt on hitch for a 1991 k3500 dually pickup? It is 4wd with exhaust on passengers side

The Draw-Tite Hitch # 41001 will work for your 1991 K3500 as long as your truck is a 4-door Crew Cab model with an 8 foot bed and does not have a deep drop bumper or a roll pan bumper. I attached installation instructions for this product for you to check out.
