Yes, you can reverse the trailer while using a Reese Weight Distribution System like part # RP67509. The only time there would be an issue is if you were reversing at a really sharp angle, almost jackknifing the trailer but there isn't a weight distribution system available that would allow you to do this due to how the spring bars mount. The only time you really start to limit the reverse angle drastically is when the system comes with friction style sway control bars.
