Will the ICI stainless steel fender trim fit my truck without removing the OEM mudflaps?

The OEM mudflaps on your 2009 Chevy Silverado do not require removal in order to install the Putco # P97295. If you have aftermarket mudflaps they would need to be removed, but they can be re-installed once you've got the fender trim mounted up.
