The Draw Tite hitch part # 76200 is a great solution for a leased 2018 BMW X2 like yours as it does not require any cutting or drilling to install so it would not violate any lease agreements! If the plan was to do some towing you'd also want a no-splice custom fit wiring kit like the part # 118789 as well which installs by plugging inline with the taillight connectors of the vehicle.
