Question:

My 2009 has the factory wired 7 prong female trailer receptacle next to the hitch. The plug is recessed in the bumper assembly, and has a protective cover that requires one to get on the ground and remove four rusted out screws to remove the cover to gain access to the receptacle. Crappy design. I would like to replace the factory receptacle with a more conveniently accessible receptacle - I believe its part # A10-7072VP. Is that the correct part? Also I will need a 7 prong to 4 prong adapter. I think that's the Hopkins # 47345. Do I understand correctly that the 47345 is only good for trailers without LED lights and that I would need a different adapter for trailers with LED lights? What part would that be? Thanks!
