According to Yakima, their Outdoorsman 300 Ladder Rack # Y01137-Y00409 would be a great choice for your 2003 Toyota Tacoma.
The ladder racks use 58 inch load bars that are compatible with most roof rack accessories. The racks will clamp onto the truck bed side rails, and will require no drilling.
